Automatic Change-Over Switchgear
Automatic change-over switch is the major component of a backup power supply system. The device is equipped with advance IC circuit, it allows the standby genset to transfer power to critical load automatically when there is a power failure.
Automatic synchronizing system
The system can realize the functions of auto start, auto synchronize, auto load sharing, output management and no-break changeover between mains and diesel generating sets, it is also applicable in MV power supply system.
All synchronizing control function is now integrated in a single IC board and it can be programmed according to different situation. This new technology helps improve the reliability of the system. The physical size of the new panel is 40% smaller comparing to the traditional one.
Networking control/monitoring system
HSLS0701 networking control/monitoring system is an advanced intelligent control system specialize for real-time remote control/monitoring of utility and standby power supply system with user friendly man machine interface

Backup power supply solution for data center
Data Center hosting the core business data of its customers which is very important and interruption of power supply is not allowed. In general, the electric power supply system of large scale Data center shall include multiple utilities power supply and emergency standby diesel generating sets. Utility power and standby generator sets are interconnected by means of automatic change-over switches to supply electricity to the UPS system, air-conditioning system and lighting system.
In order to secure the high reliability of electric power supply to data servers and other IT equipments. A Dual bus power system consist of two individual power supply (including UPS distribution system) is used. When any one of the power supply is failure or required to isolate for maintenance, the other power supply can still supply electricity to all loading. Ensure the core activities of the data center will not be interrupted.

It is necessary to ensure the standby diesel generating set can supply electric power to essential loads continuously during power failure. An automatic fuel supply system is required to supply fuel to diesel generating set automatically and continuously for this purpose. We can help customers to design and built the fuel supply system according to their need and site condition.
Remote radiator cooling system
Due to the limitation of plant room size in most commercial buildings in town, architectural designers always need to place the large size emergency standby generating set inside a small genset room with many restrictions. We have many experiences in design and built remote cooling system for emergency diesel generator by accurately accounting the ventilation, space and noise factors.
- A 1MW standby diesel generating set with heat exchanger and expansion tank located in basement floor of the building.
- Installation of cooling water pipe and ventilation fan to direct the hot water of the diesel generating set and hot air from genset room to outdoor
- A horizontal type remote radiator is installed on the platform of a building for the engine cooling of a 1MW diesel generating set.

Environmental engineering for DG room
All installation projects of standby diesel generating set are necessary to meet the noise level limitation in urban / industrial areas under the relevant environmental standards. We have many experiences in design and make acoustics silencers for standby diesel generating sets and undertake genset room noise treatment contracted projects.

Acoustic lining consist of perforated metal sheet with sound absorption material behind can reduce the reverberation effect inside the DG room. 
2. Exhaust gas treatment engineering
Aimed to reduce the air pollution of exhaust gas emitted by diesel generating set, we had cooperate with HKPC and introduce the continuous catalytic regeneration technology to the exhaust system of our standby diesel generating set projects. This technology can effectively remove the smoke emitted from diesel generator.
Technology introduction
The major components of this technology includes diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), catalyzed diesel particulate filter (CDPF) and wall flow honeycomb ceramic (CDPF). The large amount of particulates produced during the operation of the diesel generating set will be retained by the CDPF. When the exhaust temperature reaches or over 250 deg C, the particulates can be degraded under catalytic oxidation and clean air passes through the filter.

Green technologies introduction
Lighting system
As lighting take up 10-30% of the total electricity consumption of a company, by improving its lighting system, a company can save around 8-25% of its total electricity consumption immediately.
LED lighting refer to solid-state lamp that uses light-emitting diodes as the source of light. It can replace traditional fluorescent lamps and incandescent bulbs with excellent features like long lifetime up to 50,000 hours, high luminous efficacy and reduces environmental pollution. The production level and capacity of LED is increasing dramatically in recent years which allow the price of LED lighting fall into an acceptable price in consumer market. We forecast LED lighting will be one of the major product in lighting market in near future.
Waste heat recovery system
Over 30% energy of the diesel fuel used by industrial boilers and diesel generating set is lost in form of emission gas during the burning process when it be converted into steam and electricity.
The waste heat energy can be recovered by means of heat exchanger and it can be used as energy source to supply hot water for daily use and cold water for air conditioning system, saving energy up to 20-30%.

A heat exchanger is installed to the exhaust portion of a diesel fired boiler water pre- heating system to recover the heat energy lost in the emission gas and reuse it for water heating circulation. This can reduce the fuel consumption of the diesel fired boiler.
Centralized cold source supply system
As air conditioning take up 30-35% of the total electricity consumption of a company, by adopt high efficiency air conditioning system, a company can save around 25-30% electric energy.
One of the examples is to replace old all-in-one air conditioner system with a centralized cold source air conditioning system. The system consist multi unit of high efficiency centrifugal chillers and an intelligent multi-unit controller. The number of chillers in operation is controlled in accordance with the changing condition and demand of chilled water to avoid any single chiller supply in inefficient partial load. Operation of centralized cooling system in an on-demand manner can save more than 30% electric energy compare to the old all-in-one air conditioning system.
