Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou is located at the central region of Guangzhou new commercial area, next to the new Guangzhou International Convention Centre. It offers 704 exceptionally spacious and luxurious guestrooms and suites. Is one of the biggest luxury hotels in the city. Developer:Shangri-La Asia Ltd/Kerry development ltd E&M Consultant:Meinhardt (M&E) Ltd Scope of supply and application detail:Being one of the international famous 5 stars Hotel brand, Shangi-La group has very strict requirement to the E&M equipments used in their development projects and only world class brand products will be chosen. This project used 2 units Mitsubishi MGS2000B(KT83) , prime rating 1600kw diesel generating set with fully automatic synchronizing panels to supply emergency backup power to the fire service equipments, lighting system, air conditioning system and building monitoring system. This ensures the normal operation of the Hotel will not be affected in case of electricity supply failure and will not cause inconvenience to its honoured guests.

Project profile:BOA is one of China’s biggest joint-stock commercial bank, has organization network over 27 countries and regions. It has over 1000 domestic institutions and over 600 oversea institutions. Bank of China Information Center Shanghai is an Advanced Data Center development project of BOC. BOCIC shanghai is located in Shanghai Pudong Zhangjiang bank card industrial zone with land area over 100 thousand sq meter, is one of the biggest data center in China. BOCIC Shanghai provides convenient, quick and efficient services to organizational, institutional and personal customers. Project management company:shanghai engineering construction consultant & supervison co., ltd Scope of supply and application:This data center development project is the core project of BOA because its function is to centralize processing the data collected from BOA’s over 11,000 institutes around the world. Since the normal operation of this data center is so important to BOA’s business activities. Even a power failure for a millisecond is not allowable. This data center project used 4 units Mitsubishi MGS1500B(7PF) prime rating1440kw diesel generating set and a combination power control system including genset synchronization, auto load transfer, auto load management for the emergency back up power to the Data Center. The standby diesel generating system is further cooperation with a high capacity UPS, forming a perfect uninterruptable power supply system to secure the 7*24 operation of the data center.

Shanghai Pudong international airport
Project profile:Shanghai Pudong International Airport is located in Pudong New District, about 30 kilometers from Shanghai's downtown area. It covering an area of more than 50 square kilometers. The first phase of the airport construction is completed in 1999 and the second phase was completed in 2008. The airport has 3 runways, 2 terminal buildings, 218 parking position, 70 boarding bridges which is capable to handle incoming and outcoming passengers of 60 million person-trips annually. The airport also equipped with air navigation system, navigational aids lighting, communication system, radar system, weather report system and logistical support system. Can provide services in 24 hours at all weather condition. Recently, the airport average handle takeoff and landing of 700 flight daily. Scope of supply and application:As Shanghai will become an international financial and commercial center, possess an advance and safety world class international airport is critical for its development. That is why the E&M equipments which be used in shanghai Pudong airport must be high quality with high reliability. The airport authority had choose 7 units Mitsubishi diesel generating sets as the standby power source for Pudong airport’s T2 terminal building, the north and south runway lighting stations in its phase 2 development project, to secure the 24 hours services in all weather conditions. 150MW GFCC Coal fired power plant in Palembang Indonesia
Project profile:The 150MW GFCC gas fired power plant is located in Palembang city, IndonesiaIt is indonesia’s national level gas fired gas turbine cogeneration plant and one of the major power plant in the region to supply electricity to Palembang city and its nearby area. Main contractor company:China Chemical Engineering Corporation Scope of supply and application:The power use 2 no. capacity 150MW gas fired gas turbine generating set to generate electricity in 24 hours a day continuously. In order to ensure the normal operation of the gas turbine and other equipments of the power plant, and allow the schedule shut down of the main set for routine maintenance. The power plant needs to install back up diesel generating set with high reliability to supply starting power to the main turbine sets and supply reliable back up power to security system, lighting system and fire system in case of emergency.This project use 2 units Mitsubishi MGS1500HV prime rating 1440kw, 6.3KV (Medium Voltage) diesel generating sets and a fully automatic synchronizing between mains and genset as the black start power source and standby power supply of the power plant.
